Reporting Analyst - Premier Capital Hellas

We're looking for a Reporting Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for data accuracy, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement. Your role

• Conduct detailed variance analysis, comparing actual monthly results to forecast and budget.

• Identify KPIs, monitor performance against targets, and provide insights to stakeholders.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.

• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams to align goals.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

• Analyse costs and expenses to identify savings opportunities and efficiency improvements.

• Monitor market trends and forecast potential impacts on the business.

• Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations.

• Participate in the annual Budget process as well as in the roll-over forecasts throughout the year.

• Participate in the Reporting requirements towards the Premier Capital Limited Group and McDonald's Corporation.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Knowledge of accounting principles (Greek GAAP, IFRS).

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and databases.

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g.Entersoft, Microsoft Navision).

• Background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
