IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

President Hotel is looking for an IT Support Technician

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to guests and staff by courteously and efficiently responding to inquiries and issues


• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of computer equipment and IT rooms


• Assist in the maintenance and management of networks, servers, and workstations under the guidance of the IT Manager


• Support the installation and upgrades of software and hardware systems


• Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs


• Participate in security checks and assist with antivirus management


• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems


• Assist in managing software licenses and inventory of IT equipment

Required qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field


• At least 2 years of work experience in IT support or a similar role


• Good knowledge of networks, hardware, and software


• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues


• Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
