A well-known home appliances brand is looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join its team in Thessaloniki. You'll help customers troubleshoot appliances, book service appointments, and find spare parts — becoming a cross-skilled technical support expert along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline phone and email customer support
• Perform remote troubleshooting for home appliances
• Help customers install and programme appliances
• Arrange technician service appointments
• Assist customers in finding and ordering spare parts
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent/native German (C1) and English (B2)
• Good PC skills and basic technical understanding
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, not required
