Your main purpose:

• Research, identify and engage new suppliers and products to meet business needs.

• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and rebate conditions to deliver best value.

• Manage product and service ordering processes in line with managerial requests.

• Monitor market trends and maintain regular contact with suppliers through visits and ongoing engagement.

• Create and update product records in the ERP system with complete and accurate information.

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice queries and support timely supplier payments.

• Support the management of Opex budgets and ensure procurement activity aligns with business objectives.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear, timely updates on sourcing activities and decisions.

What will you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement of OS&E items and services.

• Proven understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and negotiation techniques.

• Experience working with Procurement ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience overseeing operational expenditure budgets.

• Fluent in English.
