ASSISTANT CONTROL TOWER

Job Scope Overview

• Monitor and coordinate real-time terminal operations to ensure smooth vessel operations activities.


• Track operational performance against KPIs and identify deviations or bottlenecks.


• Manage and prioritize operational workflows to support optimal resource utilization and productivity.


• Provide immediate operational support and decision-making during disruptions or unplanned events.


• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational data and incidents.


• Work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 operational coverage.

We welcome applicants who meet the below criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (maritime studies, logistics, supply chain, operations management, or similar).


• Prior experience in terminal operations, logistics, or port-related activities is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Computer literacy.


• Analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in accordance with company procedures.


• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with internal teams.
