We are looking for a flexible , reliable CS Rep to work as part of a friendly team here at our North Side Terminal. Ideally, the candidate will have relative customer service experience and confidence in dealing with the public via the telephone and face-to-face. Basic IT skills will be required and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office although all training to operate our in house systems will be provided. Hours could be flexible for the right candidate and therefore we could look at either a part-time or full time role. Daily tasks will primarily revolve around taking and logging oil orders. Booking work for our team of service engineers and generally managing the daily tasks within the department. It's a varied role which will suit a customer focused individual who enjoys direct customer interaction.
