Production Supervisor (Schimatari, Voiotia)

Production Supervisor

The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and will be based in Schimatari, Viotia.

What You Will Enjoy Doing:

• Organize, manage, and monitor all production processes within the assigned departments to maximize resource utilization and meet established production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, as well as quality standards.


• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards in the production area of responsibility to safeguard the health and safety of employees, external partners, and visitors, ensuring the factory operates according to company standards.


• Plan and lead activities to advance Lean Manufacturing.


• Develop direct reports by ensuring appropriate training, assigning progressively demanding tasks, and conducting formal written and oral performance evaluations.


• Select and implement appropriate continuous improvement tools to enhance production line efficiency, capacity, and process reliability.


• Monitor and report deviations from current procedures, performing root cause analysis and evaluating the impact on production.


• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures to safeguard product quality and safety within established standards in the area of responsibility.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.


• 2-5 years of working experience in a production role, preferably in the Food Industry.


• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and SAP will be considered an asset.


• Strong communication skills across all levels of business activity.


• Fluency in English.


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.


• Ability to work in shifts.


• Proven ability to develop effective and efficient solutions for complex and diverse business problems.
