IT Specialist

We are PROFIT (www.profit.gr), a technology-focused company specializing in solutions from Microsoft, Fortinet, Acronis, Dell and other major industry vendors. Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)


• 3-5 years of proven experience in IT systems/network administration

Technical Skills & Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.


• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.


• Configure and support networking and security solutions.


• Monitor system performance and ensure reliable daily operation.


• Provide technical support to customers and end users (remote and on-site).


• Participate in IT project planning, implementation, migrations, and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop. Apple ecosystem and macOS knowledge is a plus.


• Good understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall). Experience with Fortinet products is considered a strong advantage.


• Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.


• Good command of the English language


• Strong communication skills.

Employment Terms

• Employment type: Full-time


• Location: Fully on-premises (our offices/our customers offices)


• Working hours: Standard office hours, 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday. Occasional after-hours availability (on-call) for critical incidents or scheduled maintenance
