We are looking for our next Web Developer to join our growing development team!

Position Summary

As a Web Developer, you will participate in all phases of the development process for digital projects, working closely with our team to fully understand and meet our clients’ needs.

You will be part of an experienced team of developers who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise while delivering high-quality development solutions using WordPress and Magento.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, web designers, and customer support specialists to develop the best solutions for our clients’ needs, taking responsibility for both frontend and backend implementations.


• Collaborate with a skilled team of web developers to create websites, e-shops, custom web applications, and integrations with third-party APIs.


• Maintain, optimize, and upgrade existing websites and e-shops to ensure high performance, security, and up-to-date functionality.


• Develop and implement new features and custom enhancements for existing websites and e-shops to meet evolving business needs.


• Provide second-level technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that require deeper code-level investigation.

You Should Know That in Our Daily Work, We:

• Design using HTML5, CSS/LESS/Tailwind, JavaScript/jQuery, and Bootstrap, following responsive design principles.


• Develop applications in a LAMP stack environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP).


• Use Redis, Varnish, and LSCache for performance optimization and Elasticsearch as a search engine, primarily in Magento projects.


• Integrate with external APIs and web services, as well as databases such as MSSQL and Oracle.


• Use Git for version control and PHP Composer for dependency management.


• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to improve implementation speed without compromising code quality.

Qualifications Required

• Academic studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.


• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position.


• Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or Magento, as well as the technologies mentioned above, with a good understanding of OOP.


• Hands-on experience with Git or another version control system.


• Familiarity with basic Linux commands.


• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows to improve implementation speed without compromising code quality.

Nice to Have

These skills are optional and will be considered if the candidate meets the required qualifications:

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js.
