Personal Assistant to Naval Architect

Technical Services Company in Southern Suburbs is seeking an organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support its Technical Director. You'll be the right-hand keeping projects, schedules, and communications running smoothly — from coordinating client meetings and site visits to managing correspondence with shipyards, classification societies, and engineering consultants.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, travel, and meeting logistics (including shipyard and site visits);
• Draft, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and technical documentation;
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies;
• Track project deadlines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple vessel projects;
• Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and technical records;
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items;
• Handle expense tracking, invoicing coordination, and basic office administration;
• Anticipate needs and troubleshoot scheduling or logistical conflicts before they arise.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English;
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing shifting priorities under deadlines;
• Discretion when handling confidential client and project information;
• Proven experience as a personal/executive assistant, ideally in an engineering or maritime environment;
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace); familiarity with project management tools a plus;
• Interest in or basic familiarity with maritime/naval terminology is a bonus, not a requirement;
• Flexibility to occasionally accompany the Technical Director to site visits or shipyard meetings;
• Technical background (Naval, Mechanical or Electrical) will be an advantage.
