Junior Supply Planner

We are looking for a Junior Supply Planner to join our 3rd Party Planning CoE Department.

The role supports supply planning activities for third-party manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring product availability, accurate planning data, and timely deliveries. Working closely with Procurement, Quality, and other internal teams, the role provides hands-on exposure to supply planning, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders with third-party manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring alignment with planning requirements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems, including lead times, minimum order quantities, and safety stock levels.
• Monitor supply and supplier performance, including OTIF and lead-time adherence, and communicate potential delays or supply risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Quality teams to support supplier performance and compliance with agreed requirements.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on service levels, inventory, projected purchases, supply risks, and supplier performance.
• Follow standard planning processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support effective day-to-day supply planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• No previous professional experience is required; relevant internships or academic experience will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the Supply Chain function.
