About the Role

We are looking for an Export Sales Executive – Balkan Region to join our team in Thessaloniki and contribute to the further development of our international business.

In this role, you will focus on developing sales across the Balkan region, strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers and supporting the day-to-day management of our export activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across the Balkan region.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.


• Manage daily communication with partners, supporting order monitoring, issue resolution and after-sales service.


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and contribute to the export development plan.


• Coordinate the end-to-end export sales process, including order tracking and logistics monitoring.


• Represent Loulis Food Ingredients at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration or a related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in export or domestic sales, preferably within the food industry.


• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.


• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and digital business tools.


• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Balkan region.


• Previous experience in the bakery or pastry sector will be considered a strong advantage.
