SHM Hellas Pilion SA, a leading food manufacturing company in the industrial area of Volos, is currently seeking to recruit a professional for the position of:

Controller

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Controlling and will be based at our production facility in Volos.

Job Description:

• Collect, process, and analyze operational and financial data.


• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for Management.


• Analyze variances between budgeted, forecasted, and actual results.


• Support the Budgeting and Forecasting processes.


• Collaborate with all company departments to collect and leverage data effectively.


• Develop and improve Reporting and Control tools.


• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.


• Monitor and analyze milk flow from receipt through production.


• Review milk balance reconciliations and investigate variances.


• Monitor milk yields and related KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.


• Excellent command of the English language.


• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel


• Hands – on experience with ERP systems.


• Strong analytical and numerical skills.


• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.


• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.


• Ability to travel domestically or abroad.


• No military obligations (for male candidates).
