ORA Hospitality is launching its flagship resort in Mykonos, Greece, scheduled for May 2027, and is currently building the team who will bring this project to life. The resort will mark the debut of a new international ultra-luxury hospitality brand, currently under development. Located in the bay of Kalo Livadi, the property will feature 88 rooms and suites, alongside 5 private villas, specialty restaurants, wellness center, among other facilities.

The collection includes the award-winning Silversands Grenada and Silversands Beach House in the Caribbean, with a growing pipeline of new destinations under development worldwide.

Reservations Manager
We are looking for a meticulous, guest-focused, and systems-savvy Reservations Manager to join the pre-opening team of our ultra-luxury resort. This is a rare opportunity to build the hotel's reservations function from the ground up, setting the standards, systems, and service culture that will shape every guest's first impression of the brand.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Reservations Manager will be responsible for the setup, execution, and ongoing management of the hotel's reservations operations, working closely with the commercial, revenue, front office, and operations teams, as well as key distribution and technology partners.
KEY SKILLS
- Oversee the reservations team in Athens and on-site, ensuring seamless guest booking experiences
- Lead the setup and configuration of the PMS (Opera), CRS (SynXis), and GDS systems, including rate codes, market segments, packages, and source of business structures — working closely with the Revenue team
- Develop and maintain SOPs for reservations processes and guest communication
- Manage day-to-day reservations operations once live: individual and group bookings, rate loading, availability control, and guest communication
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of rates, packages, and inventory across all distribution channels (direct, GDS, OTA, wholesale, trade)
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations to optimize room inventory and pricing
- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across spa, F&B, and experiences to grow ancillary revenue
- Act as the guardian of guest data integrity within the PMS/CRS, supporting CRM and personalization efforts
- Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Experience teams to ensure smooth handover of pre-arrival details, preferences, and special requests
- Handle VIP, high-touch, and complex bookings (multi-room, villa, long-stay, bespoke packages) with a white-glove approach
- Support Luxury consortia, affiliations, and other luxury network reservation protocols and reporting requirements
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the resort's luxury standards and personalized service
- Monitor booking trends, denial/regret tracking, and system performance; prepare forecasts and contribute to strategic planning
- Support pre-opening activities including system setup, rate loading, testing, and training
- Train and onboard reservations agents ahead of opening, embedding brand voice and service standards into every guest interaction
- Liaise with IT and system vendors on integration, testing, and troubleshooting
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reservation’s leadership role, ideally in a luxury resort
- Experience in hotel pre-opening/opening is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems (PMS, SynXis, Extranets, GDS)
- Availability to travel/stay within Greece during opening season
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Commercial mindset with cross-selling and upselling capabilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to collaborate across departments and drive results
- Analytical thinking and reporting skills
