Responsibilities

• Ability to resolve guest complaints or concerns effectively and promptly
• Maintain professional standards of appearance, communication, and conduct
• Assist guests with reservations, recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation
• Excellent cooperation with other hotel departments
• Track online reviews and suggest service improvements

Requirements

• Diploma in hospitality is preferred
• Previous experience in guest services
• Knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
