About the Position: As a Production Engineer with us, you will be a key contributor within the production department. This role provides you with great freedom and influence to propose solutions that enhance both quality and efficiency in our production. Working closely with the team, you will strive to make our processes even better – whether through major changes or everyday smart improvements. Here, you will have the opportunity to impact processes and products, ensuring that we remain at the forefront.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement improvements in production, from overarching processes to specific tasks that can be optimized.


• Follow up on new product launches, ensuring a smooth transition into the production phase.


• Collaborate closely with the production team to identify potential for efficiency and quality enhancement.


• Actively contribute to improvement initiatives across the department, utilizing Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, process mapping, and other relevant methods.


• Apply your technical insight to strengthen our continuous improvement culture, ensuring we are always advancing.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Preferably a higher education in technical disciplines.


• Experience or interest in improvement work, Lean principles, and process improvements in production environments.


• Broad technical interest and the ability to understand various disciplines.


• The ability to see both details and the bigger picture, driven by a desire to find improvement opportunities.


• Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to contribute to a strong, positive, and engaged team.
