Your Responsibilities

• Installation of technological equipment


• Responsible for the general maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all Printing Dept (repair and troubleshooting)


• Determines priorities, coordinates, and implements with the Manager, cost reduction projects, maintenance, and repairs of this equipment.


• Personally, implements or supervises that Machine Maintenance Functions of this equipment.


• Creating technical reports for customer interactions


• Cooperation with technical department for spare parts orders

Desired qualifications

• Degree in electronic engineering


• At least 3 years of experience required (previous experience in the field of Graphic Arts will be considered an additional qualification)


• Proficient in English oral and written.


• Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel)


• High level of professionalism and customer service skills.


• Team player, proactive, creative, able to multi-task and work independently.


• Strong problem-solving skills and able to successfully resolve customer issues.
