IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our User Support Team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration and of Active Directory, including users and groups.


• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and printers.


• Install, configure, Antivirus and endpoint security solutions.


• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users, responding to and resolving hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues.


• Log, track, prioritize, and follow up on technical incidents and service requests through the appropriate support processes.


• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide timely solutions while ensuring a high level of end-user satisfaction.


• Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to support the effective operation of IT services and infrastructure.

Job qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Up to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support or a similar technical role.


• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including: Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Windows 10 -11


• Good understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including LAN and WAN.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.


• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Ability to work in Shifts 09:00 – 17:00 & 13:00 – 21:00
