Junior SAP Support

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional for a Junior SAP Support position to join our Sap Team.

Scope of the position: This is an entry-level position designed for candidates with little professional SAP experience, who are interested in building a career in SAP systems. The candidate will gradually take responsibility for first-level SAP support activities and develop specialization in one or more SAP modules.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide basic support to SAP users under the guidance of experienced team members.


• Assist in investigating and resolving simple SAP issues.


• Log, update, and follow up on incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.


• Learn and understand key SAP business processes.


• Assist senior SAP consultants with daily support activities.


• Perform basic SAP transactions and data checks.


• Participate in SAP testing activities and document test results.


• Support the preparation and maintenance of SAP user documentation and procedures.


• Assist with SAP system changes, enhancements, and improvement projects.


• Communicate with business users to understand and document their requirements.


• Escalate complex issues to senior SAP team members when necessary.


• Continuously develop SAP and business process knowledge.

Job qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.


• Strong interest in developing a career in SAP ERP.


• Basic knowledge of IT systems and business processes.


• Good knowledge of databases or SQL.


• Good command of English, written and spoken.


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.


• Previous internship or academic project involving IT, ERP, finance, logistics, procurement, sales, or manufacturing processes.


• SAP certification or completion of SAP-related online courses.
