An award-winning luxury resort with a VIP international clientele is recruiting final-year students or recent graduates for the Reservations, Sales and Concierge teams at its Athens headquarters.

This is a structured graduate programme for individuals with ethos and passion and the ability to work in a demanding environment.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

What you will do

• Handle reservation enquiries from guests, travel advisors and tour operators
• Prepare email quotations, follow up and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain reservations and guest profiles in PMS as well as in-house systems (Fidelio etc.)
• Support Sales with proposals and partner communication
• Assist Concierge with pre-arrival planning
• Administrative support

Candidate profile

• Final-year student or graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Economics or Business Administration
• Excellent written and spoken English; second or third language an advantage
• Confident with MS Outlook, Office, Excel; fast, accurate typing
• Attention to detail, discretion, warm & passionate to offer hospitality
• Available to work many weekends (5-day week, days off mostly on weekdays and some weekends)
