Your Role: As a Technology Delivery Manager at Bally’s Intralot, you’ll play a pivotal role by undertaking tasks such as:

• Planning and managing technical project implementations for customers worldwide
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Managing the Demand and Change Management process, from receiving project requirements through to preparing and submitting technical proposals
• Mobilizing and coordinating resources across multiple departments in collaboration with the customer’s project team
• Preparing project reports for customers and senior management, including relevant KPIs and performance metrics
• Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery processes and methodologies

To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications:

• Approximately 3 years of proven experience in managing technical projects
• A University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant technology-related field
• Additional studies in Project Management and PMP or related certifications will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
• Strong presentation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
• A hands-on, goal-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to countries where our customers operate and occasionally work alternative schedules.
• A collaborative mindset and a professional, positive attitude as an excellent team player
