As part of our IT team, you will work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical technical skills, and gain hands-on experience with real tools, systems, and everyday IT challenges.
What you will do
During your internship, you will:
- Provide first-level IT support on hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Handle day-to-day user requests through a ticketing system
- Support Microsoft 365 user and licence administration
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software
- Use asset management tools to monitor the company’s PCs and laptops
- Learn how IT operations and support processes work in a modern corporate environment
You could be a great fit if you:
- Are studying or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Have a basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Are familiar with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and LAN environments
- Understand basic IT security practices
- Enjoy solving problems and supporting others
- Are curious, motivated, and eager to learn
- Communicate effectively in both Greek and English
- Enjoy working as part of a team
