Senior Network Planning & Scheduling Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Senior Network Planning & Scheduling Analyst to join our Commercial team at SKY express. In this role, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of the airline’s network and flight schedule, supporting strategic and tactical planning decisions through data-driven analysis and market insights. You will evaluate network performance, capacity allocation, and scheduling opportunities while collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Commercial, and Operations teams. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the airline’s network strategy aligns with commercial objectives, operational requirements, and long-term growth plans.

Responsibilities:

• Lead network planning and scheduling activities to support the airline's growth and performance objectives.
• Analyse network, capacity, and route performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Evaluate schedule, frequency, and aircraft allocation changes and provide recommendations.
• Support strategic planning decisions through data-driven analysis and scenario evaluation.
• Coordinate with commercial, operational, and airport stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment.
• Guide and support analysts while promoting continuous improvement within the planning function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an airline, planning, or analytical environment, preferably in Network Planning or Scheduling.
• Familiarity with airline network planning, scheduling concepts, and capacity analysis.
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite). Familiarity with airline scheduling or slot management systems is considered a strong asset.
