Senior Revenue Management Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Senior Revenue Management Analyst to join our Commercial team at SKY express. In this role, you will lead revenue management activities across the airline network, driving pricing, inventory, and demand management decisions to maximise commercial performance. You will analyse market trends, booking behaviour, and revenue opportunities, while providing guidance to Revenue Management Analysts and supporting key commercial initiatives. The role plays a critical part in achieving revenue targets, optimizing network performance, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead revenue optimisation activities to maximise network performance and profitability.
• Monitor pricing, demand, and inventory trends and drive corrective actions when required.
• Oversee market and competitor performance analysis and recommend tactical strategies.
• Coach and support Revenue Management Analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistency.
• Prepare performance insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align revenue strategies with commercial objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within an airline, commercial, or analytical role, preferably in Revenue Management or Pricing. Experience coordinating analysts or supporting small teams is considered an asset.
• Solid understanding of airline pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue management tools.
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite and data tools such as Excel, databases, and BI platforms). Experience with Revenue Management systems will be considered an asset.
