Revenue Growth Manager (RGM), Consumer Products Division

The Role In the highly competitive and heavily promotional Greek FMCG market, the Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) is a true business partner and a catalyst for value creation.

Reporting to the Category Business Development (CBD) Director, you will act as the co-pilot of our division. Your mission is to embed the RGM mindset across the business and drive actionable insights across the core RGM Levers: Brand Pricing, Pack-Price Architecture, Active Mix, Promotion Management and Price Consistency.

What You Will Do

  • Master the Greek Promo Environment: In a highly promotional market, you will champion the Post-Event Analysis (PEA) cycle. You will evaluate promo ROI, define promotional "golden rules" by brand, and optimize our investments to stop value leakage.
  • Active Mix & P&L Management: Deep dive into our portfolio to identify P&L "heroes vs. bleeders." Guide the commercial and marketing teams to actively manage product and channel mix for maximum Gross Margin and Net Revenue.
  • Define & Deploy the RGM Strategy: Lead the annual value creation cycle for CPD Greece, setting clear commercial KPIs and driving sustainable growth across all categories.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the "glue" between Sales, Marketing, Category Business Development, and Finance. You will influence strategic business decisions and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Upskill the Organization: Lead the cultural shift. Train, coach, and elevate your commercial and marketing peers to adopt an everyday value-creation mindset.

Qualifications / Experience

  • You have 5-8 years of experience on a business (marketing / sales) role. You bring proven P&L ownership, deep knowledge of Greek FMCG market and a strong track record of managing complex promotional budgets and trade terms.
  • An academic background in Finance/Economics, or a previous career rotation in a financial/analytical role will be considered a strong plus.
  • You possess exceptional analytical and numerical skills. You don't just read Excel sheets; you translate data into actionable commercial strategies and impactful selling stories.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: You are highly assertive, confident, and resilient. You have the ability to challenge the status quo, push back when necessary, and inspire strong collaboration without direct authority.
  • You possess a University degree. A post-graduate degree (MSc or MBA) is positively considered.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required.

Does it sound like you? If you are ready to combine your expertise with analytical rigor to shape the future of beauty in Greece, we want to hear from you!
