Operations Controller

Job description:

-Organizing and implementing smooth running of day-to-day client service requests, build and maintain relationships with customers through delivering exceptional services and providing high standards

-Receiving and answering complex enquiries from clients and deciding the right way to resolve or escalate issues while ensuring an excellent client experience

-Offering timely and successful delivery of our services, on and off field, based on customer needs and ensuring that clients are satisfied

-Act as a liaison between the relevant parties to ensure customer expectations are met

-Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence according to the company’s standards and procedures

-Support Operations department on further business processes improvement to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years working experience in airport operations

-Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset

-Excellent knowledge of both Greek & English, any other language will be considered as a plus

-Knowledge of MS Office (mandatory)

-Driving License (mandatory)

-Customer service oriented

-Must have proven ability to be flexible, multi-tasking and work under pressure in a high demand environment

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)

-Ability to handle and resolve issues independently and quickly when raised

-Excellent listening skills and attention to detail

-Working in shifts
