Position: Inbound Sales & Property Listings Coordinator (Real Estate)

EOS Investment Services S.A., a member of the German EOS Group, is expanding its significant investment activity in the Greek Real Estate sector and is seeking an Inbound Sales & Property Listings Coordinator (Real Estate) for a full-time position based in Athens.

EOS Group has an international presence in more than 20 countries and is part of the Otto Group.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls and online inquiries from prospective property buyers, communicating with and pre-qualifying potential clients, coordinating property viewings, and creating and managing property listings across online real estate platforms.

In addition, the role includes supporting the preparation of property presentations and organizing relevant commercial and market information.

Previous experience in Real Estate is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
