Senior Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with solid accounting background. We’re offering this opportunity for the right candidate, a talented and experienced person, to grow with us.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support actively the CFO in achieving the strategic goals, while making suggestions for the constant improvement of the Finance Department. Focus on modernizing and upgrading accounting processes, ensuring they meet the company’s needs in the most effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Participates in costing procedures.


• Participates in the development of profitability and performance forecasts (P&L, cash flow) for the upcoming period, scenario planning, and financial modeling


• Participates in the company's annual budget, while submitting proposals to improve its financial standing.


• Collaborates with external partners, and auditors.


• Provides collaboration and technical input to the team, as needed, for the execution of daily activities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (AEI/TEI) in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Postgraduate degree (Master's) is desired.

Professional Certifications:

• Mandatory A-Class Accountant License from the Economic Chamber of Greece (OEE).


• ACCA. ACA or CMA are desired.

Essential Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards (GAS/ELP), Tax, and Insurance Legislation.


• Excellent command of MS Excel.


• Required experience in Entersoft ERP system and in the use of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) tools.


• Very good command of the English language.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
