Compensation & Benefits Specialist
The Position:
Being a member of our Group’s HR department, reporting to the People Analytics & Budget Controlling Senior Expert, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of compensation, benefits, and workforce cost management practices across the Group. You will play a key role in ensuring that our reward programs remain competitive, equitable, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs that align employee experience with organizational goals
•Analyze and maintain salary structures, compensation frameworks, and benefit offerings across the Group, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
•Develop and maintain workforce cost models, budget forecasts, and compensation simulations to support decision-making and strategic planning
•Participate in job evaluation processes and the development of salary grades and reward frameworks across diverse business functions
•Monitor market trends, compensation practices, and economic indicators, translating insights into actionable recommendations for reward strategy
•Support the effective administration and governance of employee benefits programs in accordance with company policies, approved budgets, and market practices
•Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations on compensation, benefits, workforce costs, HR analytics, and key people metrics
•Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and governance requirements related to compensation and benefits
•Participate in external compensation and benefits surveys and conduct salary benchmarking analyses
•Support workforce planning, organizational restructuring initiatives, and business case development through robust financial and people data analysis
•Handle sensitive employee and compensation information with the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Competencies required:
•University degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field
•Up to 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Finance, Payroll, or another analytically focused role. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, data analysis, and complex formulas. Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful insights
•Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and reports using PowerPoint.High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and verbal
•Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Previous experience in Human Resources will be considered an asset.
