A Pharmaceutical Company operating in the Generics Market for more than 25 years is looking for a Financial Accountant- AR & AP Officer.

Role Definition

• Customer’s & Supplier’s Reconciliations & Credit Control


• A/P & A/R Master Data Maintenance


• Banks & Petty Cash Reconciliation


• Post Dated Check Monitoring & Reconciliation


• Participation in the Preparation & Monitoring of Cash Flow


• Participation in the bookkeeping of Company’s expenses


• Facilitate the Travel & Expense Process


• Monitoring & Reviewing of My Data System


• Participation in the financial audit


• Manage ad hoc projects and active participation on all accounting activities according to needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field


• At least 4 years of experience in relevant position


• Knowledge of ERP Software Systems (Knowledge of Pylon ERP will be considered an asset)


• Excellent command of the English language


• Hands-on experience with MS Office


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Organizational skills


• Collaborative, team player
