Front Office / Reservations Agent

L' Avventura Athens, is a contemporary 38-rooms & suites hotel, established in 2021 in the heart of Psiri, one of Athens' most vibrant neighborhoods. Inspired by the energy, authenticity and character of the area, we create a truly welcoming experience for guests. We're not simply looking for someone to check guests in and out. We're looking for someone who enjoys genuine hospitality, takes initiative and wants to grow as part of a close-knit team in a dynamic environment, while creating memorable guest experiences. You'll be joining a small Front Office team where collaboration and mutual support are part of everyday work.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

We're looking for someone with

• Previous experience in a Front Office or hospitality role
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and staying organized during busy periods
• Confidence using hotel PMS and online booking platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative - but also
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team whenever needed
• Fluency in Greek and English
