Operations & Property Coordinator

ITG GROUP is seeking a hands-on Operations & Property Coordinator to take charge of our residential real estate portfolio and local operations in Volos, Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Management & Leasing: Oversee day-to-day residential operations, manage tenancy matters, and promptly address maintenance and operational needs.
• Property Research & Investment: Identify, research, and evaluate residential properties in Volos with strong investment potential.
• Networking & Partnerships: Build and maintain active relationships with local real estate agencies to source available apartments matching company criteria.
• Administrative & Public Liaison: Represent ITG GROUP before public authorities and utility providers (Water Supply, Municipalities, Land Registry, etc.), ensuring timely completion of administrative procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and network-building skills.
• 1 – 3 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Knowledge of the real estate sector will be considered a plus
