Investments & Project Finance Senior Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Investments & Project Finance Senior Specialist to join our team.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities across business units, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and greenfield developments
• Support in project & structured finance activities, including capital structure analysis, debt/equity financing, financial modeling, and coordination with banks, investors, financial institutions, and external advisors
• Support the development and update of the Group’s business plan, coordinating inputs from business units and SPVs
• Monitor performance against the business plan and a defined set of Group KPIs
• Contribute to strategic capital allocation analysis, supporting alignment with corporate objectives, return thresholds, and risk appetite
• Support the development, review and presentation of financial models, feasibility analyses and investment memoranda
• Coordinate cross-functionally with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders, including legal, tax, treasury, and operations teams, to support transaction execution, funding processes, and post-investment performance monitoring
  
  

Job Qualifications And Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
• Master degree or professional qualification (ACCA, ACA) is a strong plus
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project finance, corporate finance, M&A or business planning, ideally gained in investment banking, consulting firms, infrastructure funds or a similar environment
• Strong financial modeling skills — three-statement and project-finance cash-flow models, DCF, and returns analysis (IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback period)
• Good understanding of accounting and reporting standards (IFRS, Greek GAAP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy or construction sectors will be a strong advantage
