IT Vendor Management Specialist 

As part of a dynamic IT Governance & Systems Planning team, you will play a key role in coordinating vendor management, financial reporting and governance activities across the entire Information Systems & Processes function, working closely with IT teams, business functions, as well as procurement, controlling and legal teams, to ensure alignment with business needs, governance standards and financial objectives. 

Your day-to-day: 

• IT Procurement Lifecycle Support: In cooperation with procurement function, support procurement activities including purchase requests, contract renewals, vendor coordination and licensing. 
• Procurement Tools & Documentation: Create and monitor requests in Procurement Tools (Coupa) and maintain contract records. 
• Financial Tracking & Reporting: Support IT budgeting, forecasting and financial models, manage IT budget and prepare cost reports. 
• Vendor & License Management: Monitor vendor performance, track software licenses and usage for compliance and efficiency and coordinate with internal teams (procurement, IT and business etc.)  to validate requirements and demand. 
• Governance & Risk Support: Support procurement governance by identifying and escalating risks issues, ensuring compliance with internal policies and collaborating with IT, Finance and Legal teams for compliant purchasing. 

What we are looking for: 

• Educational Background: Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field. 
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software licensing and vendor contracts. 
• Financial Acumen: Comfortable working with budgets, spreadsheets, and financial data. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. 
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and consistency. 
• Responsibility & Commitment: High sense of responsibility and commitment.
