BI Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support business decision-making.


• Transform business requirements into effective BI and reporting solutions.


• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.


• Build clear and meaningful data visualizations that make complex information easy to understand.


• Work closely with business stakeholders and different teams to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.


• Monitor key business performance indicators and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.


• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data and reporting.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes, reporting standards, and data-driven practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of SQL.


• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI.


• Good understanding of data analysis, visualization, and business KPIs.


• Strong Excel skills.


• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills


• Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Very good command of English
