We are looking for a skilled SAP Administrator to join the Procurement Department.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate and timely entry of Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Monitor procurement transactions and ensure data accuracy and consistency within SAP
• Monitor expenditures and support the control of purchasing activities against approved budgets
• Collaborate with construction sites to ensure accurate order execution and timely resolution of issues
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and Project teams to ensure the smooth flow of purchasing information
• Prepare relevant reports and support the efficient and cost-effective management of procurement activities
  
  

Job Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
• Previous working experience in Procurement, preferably in the construction sector
• Proven working experience with SAP (MM/PS modules) is a prerequisite
• Excellent command of MS-Office Suite
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
