Material Master Data Analyst

We are looking for a Master Data Analyst to join our Group Financial Controlling Department.

The role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across SAP systems, including Customer, Material, Vendor, and Finance data. Working closely with business teams, the role supports day-to-day master data activities and contributes to data quality and governance initiatives across the Group.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of SAP master data, including Customer, Material, Vendor, and Finance data, across systems.
• Support business teams with master data procedures, change requests, and resolution of data-related issues.
• Maintain data quality in line with Group governance practices, data standards, and policies.
• Perform data quality checks and contribute to the identification and resolution of data inconsistencies.
• Support the documentation of master data processes and the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Contribute to Group Master Data Management initiatives and share best practices across teams.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to master data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SAP master data creation and maintenance.
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG will be considered an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively with large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and results orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
