We are looking for a Senior Buyer – Indirect Procurement to join our Group Procurement team.

The role supports the management of indirect spend categories across the Group, contributing to category strategies, sourcing activities, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders across functions and markets, the role helps ensure effective procurement solutions aligned with business needs and Group procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of category strategies for assigned indirect spend categories.
• Manage sourcing and tender processes, including market analysis, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and define appropriate sourcing approaches.
• Manage and develop supplier relationships, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier capabilities to identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities.
• Support supplier selection and contracting activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with Group policies, processes, and governance requirements.
• Contribute to procurement improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects across the Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an asset.
• +6 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within the FMCG industry or a multinational environment.
• Experience in strategic procurement, category management, and end-to-end sourcing processes.
• Experience in indirect procurement categories, such as Marketing & Media, IT & Digital, or Professional Services.
• Proven experience in supplier and stakeholder management.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
