Adonis Papakirykos Architect + Designer is looking for an Architectural Assistant / Junior Architect to join our practice in Athens.
Our studio focuses on architectural and interior design projects, with particular emphasis on residential environments, materiality, detail and the relationship between design and construction.
The new team member will work closely with the Principal Architect and participate in the development of projects from the initial design stages through to detailed design and construction documentation.
Role and responsibilities
Development of architectural drawings and 3D models
Preparation of plans, sections, elevations and construction details
Development and coordination of detailed design
Preparation of presentations and project documentation
Support throughout the different stages of the design process
Qualifications And Skills
Very good knowledge of Archicad
Strong architectural and technical drawing skills
Good understanding of architectural and construction detail
Organised, consistent and collaborative approach
Very good command of English
Knowledge of Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign will be considered an advantage.
The position is full-time and studio-based in Athens, with the prospect of developing into a long-term collaboration.
