Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hot dishes according to banquet menus, event specifications, and hotel standards.
• Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously.
• Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.
• Ensure that all ingredients received by stores and suppliers are up to standards.
• Effectively assigns tasks and responsibilities within the team and works closely with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality food for banquets, conferences, and other events.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Banquet Hot Kitchen, high-volume hotel kitchen or similar kitchen environment preferred.
• Graduate of a Culinary School.
• Knowledge of hot food preparation, large-scale food production, and banquet operations is considered an asset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
