We are looking for a talented and passionate Interior Designer to join our creative team and contribute to high-end residential and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and proven experience in developing and delivering innovative interior design concepts from initial concept through to final and detailed design.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative and creative interior design concepts tailored to each client and project brief.
Prepare and present compelling mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts for client presentations.
Manage design projects with a strong emphasis on creativity, quality, and attention to detail.
Participate in and lead team activities, coordinating effectively with colleagues and external collaborators.
Develop final and detailed design packages, ensuring a high level of design quality and consistency.
Oversee FF&E specifications for both soft and hard materials and finishes.
Research and source furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories, with a strong knowledge of relevant showrooms, suppliers, and design resources.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams throughout all stages of the project.
Produce high-quality 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
Contribute to the successful delivery of high-end residential and hospitality projects.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in interior design.
Proven experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects.
Strong passion for Interior Design, architecture, materials, and contemporary design trends.
Proven project management experience, with a strong emphasis on design and creativity.
Highly skilled in organizing, developing, and presenting innovative design concepts.
Excellent mood board and client presentation skills.
Strong knowledge and experience in FF&E specifications, including soft and hard materials and finishes.
In-depth knowledge of showrooms, suppliers, and design resources.
Experience in final and detailed design.
Strong 3D visualization skills.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD 2D & 3D.
Knowledge of BIM Teamwork will be considered a plus.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with a high level of attention to detail and design sensitivity.
