We are seeking an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie - BanquetHot Kitchen with a strong work ethic, motivation, and a desire to learn. If you are a dedicated culinary professional with a passion for preparing high-quality meals for banquet and event operations, a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to maintain our high standards of quality, we are waiting for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook hot dishes according to banquet menus, event specifications, and hotel standards.
• Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously.
• Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.
• Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control.
• Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality food for banquets, conferences, and other events.
• Assist with the preparation, production, and timely execution of large-volume banquet functions while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a Banquet Hot Kitchen, high-volume hotel kitchen or similar kitchen environment preferred.
• Graduate of a Culinary School.
• Knowledge of hot food preparation, large-scale food production, and banquet operations is considered an asset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
