Sales Assistant

With an extensive range of products and having served more than 10,000 customers, Novatron SA provides complete and effective solutions in the following areas

• Integrated Retail Systems and Traceability Technologies (Auto ID)


• Plastic Cards Management Systems & Loyalties


• Coding, Marking & Traceability Systems

As we expand our operations, we are seeking to immediately recruit a Junior professional to join our Sales Team in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with customers (answering inquiries in calls and emails)


• Receiving and placing orders in our ERP system


• Managing customers’ orders, backorders, and pre-orders (making changes where needed, informing them of out-of-stock/in-stock products, etc)


• Assisting in scheduling customers’ order shipments and preparing related documentation


• Supporting the Sales team in everyday procedures

Basic Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English and Greek


• Highly organized with great attention to detail.


• Critical thinking and good prioritization skills


• Excellent soft skills


• Team player, proactive with a sense of responsibility


• Good Microsoft Office skills.


• Previous experience in sales is preferable
