Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Sokio Attiki, BW Premier Collection

Hotel: 35 rooms

Sokio Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for the newly built Sokio Attiki, BW Premier Collection, for permanent employment. The position applies for rolling schedule ( 2 night shifts & 3 morning shifts).

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.


• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.


• Ensure the smooth operation of hotel procedures and compliance with quality standards.


• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.


• Excellent knowledge of the Protel system and other hotel software.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Excellent command of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage).


• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with all hotel departments.
