Job requirements:

• Recognized qualification in Head Spa, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Scalp Therapy, or a related field.


• Specialized Head Spa or scalp treatment training is highly desirable.


• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury spa, or premium wellness environment preferred.


• Strong knowledge of treatment hygiene, safety, and contraindications.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.


• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.


• Basic computer and booking system knowledge; Afrodite spa software experience preferred.


• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Job responsibilities:

• Deliver professional head spa, scalp care, head massage, and relaxation treatments according to approved protocols and standards.


• Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction.


• Personalize treatments according to guest needs, preferences, and applicable contraindications.


• Maintain excellent knowledge of head spa treatments, products, equipment, and promotions.


• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, products, and linens to luxury hygiene and presentation standards.


• Operate all head spa equipment safely and report any maintenance or technical issues promptly.


• Recommend appropriate treatments and products to enhance the guest experience and support spa revenue.


• Assist with spa reception duties when required, including welcoming guests, managing appointments, and handling inquiries.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all head spa and wellness areas.


• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.


• Communicate effectively with the Spa Manager and Wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Uphold the hotel’s grooming, uniform, and professional standards.
