Τα Εκπαιδευτήρια «Ο Πλάτων» αναζητούν Εκπαιδευτικό Ψυχολογίας για τη διδασκαλία του μαθήματος Psychology στο International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. Αναζητούμε έναν/μία εκπαιδευτικό με άρτια επιστημονική κατάρτιση, παιδαγωγική επάρκεια και πάθος για τη διδασκαλία, που εμπνέει τους μαθητές να αναπτύξουν κριτική σκέψη, ερευνητική διάθεση και ουσιαστική κατανόηση της ανθρώπινης συμπεριφοράς.

Ο/Η ιδανικός/-ή υποψήφιος/-α διαθέτει άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και εμπειρία ή ισχυρό ενδιαφέρον για τη φιλοσοφία και τις απαιτήσεις του International Baccalaureate. Είναι σε θέση να δημιουργεί ένα απαιτητικό αλλά υποστηρικτικό μαθησιακό περιβάλλον, προάγοντας την ακαδημαϊκή αριστεία, την ανεξάρτητη μάθηση και τη διεθνή νοοτροπία.

Αναζητούμε Έναν/μία Εκπαιδευτικό Που

• διαθέτει πτυχίο Ψυχολογίας ή συναφούς επιστημονικού πεδίου και παιδαγωγική επάρκεια,
• έχει άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, καθώς η διδασκαλία πραγματοποιείται στα αγγλικά,
• διαθέτει εμπειρία στη διδασκαλία Ψυχολογίας στη Δευτεροβάθμια Εκπαίδευση· εμπειρία στο IB Diploma Programme θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό προσόν,
• αξιοποιεί σύγχρονες παιδαγωγικές προσεγγίσεις και καλλιεργεί την κριτική σκέψη, την επιστημονική τεκμηρίωση και τις ερευνητικές δεξιότητες των μαθητών,
• συνεργάζεται αποτελεσματικά με την εκπαιδευτική ομάδα και συμμετέχει ενεργά στη συνεχή ανάπτυξη του προγράμματος,
• επιδεικνύει διάθεση για συνεχή επαγγελματική εξέλιξη και επιμόρφωση.
