Cook with specialty in Asian Kitchen

Domes Aulus Zante is looking for a skilled Cook with a specialty in Asian cuisine to join our culinary team, bringing authentic flavours and techniques to our kitchen.

Some of the responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute Asian-inspired dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Manage mise en place and specialty ingredient stock for the Asian kitchen section.
• Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine on menu development and daily service.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Support a fast-paced, high-volume resort kitchen during peak season.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Useful to have:

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
• Proven experience as a cook specialising in Asian cuisine (Pan-Asian, Japanese, Thai, or similar).
• Good knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen procedures.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems.
