Technical Support (T2/T3)

Role Description

At Safeway AI, we’re building artificial intelligence systems that help make airport runways smarter and safer. Behind every successful technology platform is a team that can solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and support customers when it matters most. We’re looking for a Technical Support Agent who enjoys troubleshooting, thinks logically under pressure, and wants to be part of a company operating at the intersection of AI and aviation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide remote technical support to customers via email, phone, and video calls


• Troubleshoot software, connectivity, and system-related issues


• Investigate networking and remote access problems


• Guide customers through issue resolution in a clear and professional manner


• Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams when necessary


• Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions


• Monitor and follow up on open support tickets


• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support processes

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field


• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, IT, networking, or customer-facing technical roles


• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) — mandatory


• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity troubleshooting)


• Familiarity with Windows systems, browsers, and remote support tools


• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills


• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills (devices, sensors, networking equipment, or system connectivity)


• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills


• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment


• Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with ticketing or support platforms


• Basic Linux knowledge


• Familiarity with cloud platforms or SaaS environments


• Interest in AI, aviation, or intelligent systems
