Family Office & Financial Affairs Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a Family Office & Financial Affairs Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will support the Chairman's financial management and his affiliated companies.
Your role will encompass:
- Provide comprehensive support mainly in financial management for the Chairman and his affiliated companies, including budgeting, expense approvals, document review, and ad hoc requests.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including Legal Advisors, Tax Advisors, Accountants, brokerage firms, and insurance providers, to ensure the effective handling of financial, tax, and administrative matters.
- Work with the IR, Legal, and HR teams to coordinate financial activities, maintain compliance, support reporting requirements, and manage employee-related processes.
- Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets for the Chairman's personal affairs, affiliated companies, and the Chairman Office function.
- Ensure a smooth collaboration with the team responsible for the accurate execution of stock market transactions for personal, affiliated company, and corporate accounts, while maintaining records, meeting deadlines, and supporting tax compliance requirements.
- Oversee key administrative processes, including contract renewals, medical expense reimbursement claims, and other operational activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
What you bring to the role:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial management, executive office support, family office, private wealth management, corporate finance, CFO office, or a similar role.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, maintain accuracy, and deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines.
- Ensures confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial, business, and personal information.
- Εxhibits strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing tasks, records, and administrative processes.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering productive working relationships.
- Applies strong problem-solving capabilities, responding proactively and efficiently to challenges and evolving business needs.
- Possesses advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software, along with a solid understanding of financial and tax-related matters and fluency in English.
