Your main purpose

Develop, review, and maintain Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring standardization, compliance, accuracy, and consistent implementation of warehouse processes across all Sani/Ikos properties.

Support warehouse operations through hotel visits, coaching warehouse teams on receiving, storage, picking, replenishment, returns, waste management, and back-of-house logistics activities.

Support WMS and ERP configuration, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement, acting as the key liaison between Warehousing, Master Data, and IT for system enhancements and issue resolution.

Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy investigations, corrective actions, replenishment planning, forecasting tools, inventory optimization, and FIFO/FEFO best practices.

Develop, monitor, and analyze warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, productivity, storage utilization, picking accuracy, service levels, stock adjustments, and waste, while preparing management reports and improvement recommendations.

Support audits, compliance, food safety, warehouse projects, people development, health and safety initiatives, and collaborate closely with Procurement, F&B Cost Control, Finance, Operations, Master Data, and IT to drive continuous improvement and warehouse performance.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, preferably within hospitality, FMCG, or retail.

Experience in multi-site warehouse operations and supporting or implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO, FEFO, cycle counting, and operational standards.

Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and operational standards, with proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management software.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools, and strong analytical, communication, coaching, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent English communication skills, willingness to travel frequently across Greece and Spain, and demonstrated competencies in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Planning & Organization, Leadership & Coaching, Communication & Collaboration, Change Management, Attention to Detail, and Results Orientation.
